CV Résumé
Richard has over 30 years of business experience in senior financial roles in large listed corporates, living and working throughout Australia, NZ and Asia. He has been involved in the valuation, acquisition, divestment and post-acquisition integration of many businesses, ranging from major corporates to small, family-owned companies. He has established greenfield businesses and structured JV’s across the region. Much of the work he has undertaken has been cross border, and he is accustomed to dealing with cultural and inter-jurisdictional issues that arise. This allows him to advise on strategies to improve business value in the years leading into a transaction and in optimising deal structure.
Richard is the founder of the Mandanex Capital group, which now has operations in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, India and Southern Africa. The group’s guiding philosophy is the facilitation of cross border business in the middle market, by providing access to our teams on the ground, each of whom has strong networks in their home markets. The Mandanex group acts for clients in a broad range of industries across our footprint, with business partners and executives across each country coming mainly from strong industry and professional services backgrounds.
Richard Hemingway joined CBA as its 275th Associate and M&A Adviser in March 2020.
